Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz.) Can Pumpkin
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 (13 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and milk; add pumpkin, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping or ice cream.
