Ingredients
- Pumpkin Crunch
- 1 16 oz can of pumpkin
- 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tsps. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Topping
- 1 dry yellow cake mix
- 1 cup cold margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 dish.
For the topping mix together with a pastry blender.
Spread on top of pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 350 for 50-55 mins.
Cool and serve with cool whip.
