    shrimp med to lg, cleaned & deveined

  • 4-8

    oz feta, crumbled

  • 2

    t dried oregano

  • 2

    med ripe summer tomatoes, chopped (reserve juices)

  • 1

    lb dried fettuccini or angle hair pasta, cooked al dente & held

  • 2-3

    T amontillado sherry

Directions

Sauté shrimp in lg skillet for 2-3 min, add chopped tomatoes with juice, oregano & feta cheese. Cook 3-5 min, add sherry & toss with cooked pasta.
