Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes - 1 large can
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• Topping
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup pecan pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 350

Mix casserole ingredients together and spread in pan

Mix topping ingredients and pour over potatoes

Bake 30 min.
