Ingredients
- 1/3 cup egg beaters
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsps dry butter substitute
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-1/4 cup baking mix
- 3/4 cups cornmeal

Preparation
Step 1
Spray cooker
Combine egg beaters, milk and sugar in bowl; add butter substitute and salt; mix thoroughly
Add baking mix and cornmeal and stir until well mixed
Pour mixture into cooker
