  • 2-4 bonless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbls flour
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup onion or shallot
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 bottle of capers



Step 1

salt and pepper(s/p) chicken breasts. you may want to cut these into strips. dredge in flour and shake off excess. fry in hot olive oil until brown. remove chicken and set aside. saute onions and garlic in pan. deglaze with white wine. after ablut 2 min. add the chicken broth and lemon juice. then add sliced lemon and capers. reduce about 5 min. add 2tbls butter. pour over chicken and serve.
