Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 C. Butter
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 1/2 C quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 1/4 c. chopped white chocolate (or 6 oz. choc chips)
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
With electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and soda until creamy. Beat in egg, add flour, oats and chocolate - mix well
Use small cookie dough scoop to drop by heaping teaspoons 2 inches apart (cookies will spread). Press 3-4 cranberries into each cookie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, let cool until firm about 3-4 minutes
Makes 3 dozen
