Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 yellow cake mix-reserve 1 cup for topping
- 1/2 c butter or margarine.
- 1 egg.
- Filling:
- 3 Cups canned pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2/3 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Topping:
- 1 cup of reserved cake mix
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinammon
- 1/4 c butter or margarine.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat heat oven to 350
Grease bottom of a 9 x 13" pan
Crust:
Combine cake mix-(minus the 1 cup for topping)margarine or butter & egg. Mix and press into pan.
Filling: 3 C.canned pumpkin(packed solid), 2 eggs, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2/3 c. milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Mix all ingredients until smooth. pour over crust.
Topping: 1 cup reserved cake mix
1/4 sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine.
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake 45 mins @ 350 or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve with Cool Whip
