- 2 C PUMPKIN
- 3 EGGS
- 1 TBSP VANILLA
- 1/2 C SUGAR
- 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 TSP CINNAMON

Preparation
Step 1
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR IN A LIGHTLY GREASED PIE PLATE AND SPRINKLE THE TOP WITH SOME ADDITIONAL CINNAMON. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES UNTIL PIE IS FIRM.
