Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Stuffing Mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown Pork Chops in a skillet with oil. Don't cook all the way through. Set aside. Prepare stuffing mix as directed and set aside. Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with Pork Chops then Stuffing. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
