- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, for garnish

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, syrup, and vinegar. Place chicken breasts into a large baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Pour mustard mixture over chicken.
Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 165°F.
Serve with fresh rosemary on top.
