  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 14 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 20 ounces diced tomatoes; drained
  • 20 ounces cheese ravioli; thawed
  • 1 cup mozzarella and/or Monterey Jack che; shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese; grated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Crumble beef into large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring,
until no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Drain grease. Stir in spaghetti
sauce and tomatoes.

Spread one-third beef sauce onto bottom of 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Arrange
half of ravioli over sauce. Sprinkle half of cheese over ravioli. Make
another layer, ending with remaining third beef mixture on top. Cover with
aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
