Apple Crisp (for 50)
This delicious apple crisp serves a large crowd of 50 - perfect for a large get together or pot-luck!
- 15 pounds apples, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 pound 4 ounces margarine
- 3 cups flour
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats (quick cooking kind, uncooked)
- 6 cups brown sugar
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 65mins
Mix sugar and lemon juice with apples. Place apples in a large pan (12 x 20 x 2 ½-inches)
Combine remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly.
Spread evenly over the apples.
Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
