  • 12 Slices bacon, halved crosswise
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1-8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
  • 12 slices white bread

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook bacon until transparent; drain on paper towels, set aside. Cook sausage over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble; drain. Combine sausage and cream cheese together, mixing well. Set aside.
2. Trim crusts from bread and cut slices in half. Spread cream cheese mixture over bread. Starting with short end, roll up each slice bread, jelly role style. Wrap each with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place roll-ups on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
