Sausage Corn Chowder

  • 1 lb of mild sausage (Jimmy Dean)
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can whole milk
  • 1 can whole corn with juice
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • hot sauce



Step 1

Fry the sausage and drain. Add corn with juice, soup and milk. Heat over medium heat really slow (don't boil). When heated through, add cheese and hot sauce.

Can be doubled easily for a crowd. Good with cheese biscuits.
