cup cooking oil
eggs, lightly beaten
cups pumpkin (need 2-16 oz cans)
cup chopped nuts
Preheat your oven to 350º. Grease and flour 3 medium size loaf pans. Into a large bowl sift dry ingredients; mix well. Add remainder of ingredients except nuts. Mix well. Add nuts and mix. Pour into pans and bake at 350º for about 1 hour or until done in the middle. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Turn on rack, cool completely before storing. Notes: For glass baking dish - 325º Can be doubled and tripled. Freezes well.
