      large eggs, lightly beaten

    • 4

      T water

    • 1

      c Russian salad dressing (Wish-bone)

    • 2

      T seafood seasoning (Old Bay)

    • 5

      c cornflake cereal, crushed, (2 cups crushed)

    • c finely chopped pecans

    • 3-11

      x3x1 inch squares Haddock Fillet, (Icelandic) cut in half, thawed if frozen

      stick butter, melted

    Cooking Directions Preheat oven to 350 In a shallow dish stir together, eggs, water, salad dressing, and seafood seasoning. Place crushed cornflakes cereal and chopped pecans in a shallow dish Dip fish fillets in egg mixture, then dredge in crushed cornflakes, coat well Place coated fillets in a 13x9 in baking dish Drizzle with melted butter, Squeeze lemon juice over all. Cover dish with tin foil Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins Remove foil, Bake for an additional 15-20 mins or until cereal is golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork
