- Leftover cranberry sauce
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan
- 1/3 c toasted walnuts
- 2 T olive oil
- 1-2 chopped cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a food processor pulse all ingredients until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use as a dip for chips, toss with hot rice, pasta, or roasted potatoes; or spread onto leftover turkey sandwiches.
