Ingredients
- 1 c white flour
- 3/4 c whole wht flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c mashed banana
- 1/4 c milk
- 3/4 c dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 c pecans, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, grease & flour loaf pan.
Combine dry ingredients, set aside. Cream butter & sugar, and add eggs. Combine mild & banana separately, alternately add this mixture with the dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Remove from mixer, fold in apricots & pecans. Pour into pan, bake for 1 hr or until done.
