Beazell's Zucchini Bites

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 3 cups shredded zucchini
• 1/2 cup onion chopped finely
• 1 Tbsp dried parsley
• 1 glove garlic minced finely
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 cup biscuit mix (I used Bisquick)
• 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
• 1 Tbsp Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 13x9x2 in pan. Bake at 350* for 35-40 min til golden brown.
