Ingredients
- 8 cups Popped Popcorn
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 3 Tbsp Corn Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
-In a pot combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, cayenne and salt.
-Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
-Stir in baking soda and vanilla.
-Toss with popcorn, and put on a baking tray and bake 350F for 5 minutes, stir to coat. Cook additional 2-5 minutes.
-Allow to cool.
