Ingredients
- For the dressing:
- 1/3 About 1/3 Cup Light Sour Cream
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- For the salad:
- 1 Bag shredded green cabbage (trader joes)
- 2 roma or on the vine tomates, diced
- 1 large avacode diced (or 2 small depending on how much you want)
- 1/4 bunch cilantro chopped
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a smooth, dressing consistency. If you want it thinner, add a little water, or more lime juice. Thicker, add more sour cream
Toss with dressing. Can be made in advance and chilled in fridge.
