Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • Filling:
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
In mixing bowl add powdered sugar and flour, gradually add butter at little at a time until dry ingredients stick to butter and mixture is crumbly. Press onto 13 x 9 inch pan.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Filling:
While crust is baking, mix eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice together. Pour over hot crust and return to oven for another 20 minutes.

Cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
