Ingredients
- 3 pints of blueberries
- 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- finely grated rind of one lemon
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2/3 c packed brown sugar
- 8 T butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375
combine berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon rind-toss gently
spoon into greased 2 qt casserole
combine flour and brown sugar-cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal
sprinkle over fruit
bake 45 mins until golden brown and filling bubbly
