Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 3 lb to 7 lb turkey breast, unthawed
  • Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth or 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup of water

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken broth in 6 quart slow cooker. Place turkey breast in.

Drizzle olive oil over top of turkey. Stir all seasonings together and sprinkle evenly over top of turkey.

Cover and cook on low, 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Check internal temperature of turkey to make sure it is between 165 - 170 degrees F.

Slice and serve.
