Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
  • 3/4 lbs. smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 jar (8 oz.)sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
  • 1 1/2 (6 oz.)shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 2/3 cups 2% milk
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and transfer to large bowl. Stir in the sausage, soup, sauerkraut, 1 cup cheese, milk, onions, mustard and garlic.
Spoon into 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
