Broccoli Pasta Tuna Salad

NOTE: For bright green broccoli, blanch flowerets in boiling water 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse immediately with cold water.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces (3 1/2 cups) spiral macaroni
- 3 cups fresh broccoli flowerets or 2 (10-oz) pkgs frozen broccoli, thawed and cut up
- 2 (7 oz) cans water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
- 6 oz cheddar cheese, julienne cut
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain; rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, broccoli, tuna, cheddar cheese and radishes.
In small bowl, blend all dressing ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Toss dressing with macaroni mixture. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
