Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes peeled and sliced
- 10 basil leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 prebaked 9 inch pie shell
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt-and-pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place tomatoes in a colander in the sink and one layer sprinkle with salt and allowed to drain for 10 minutes.
Layer tomatoes basil onions in the pie shell combined cheeses and mayo and spread on top of tomatoes.
Bake for around 30 minutes or until browned at 350°
