Ingredients
- Topping:
- Graham cracker crust
- 1 box lemon pudding mix--not instant--the cooked kind
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- splash of milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 t. sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare graham cracker crust. Prepare one box lemon pudding mix as directed. Add cream cheese and a bit of milk to the HOT cooked pudding. Beat until smooth and creamy. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
Mix topping ingredients in electric mixer until smooth. Spoon over the pie and return to oven for 10 minutes.
Cool. Serve chilled.
