Ingredients
- One 2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 C. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- Topping
- 1 1/2 C. corn flakes
- 1/4 C. additional butter

Servings 12
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and pour into a 9x13" baking pan. On top, place 1 1/2 C. crushed corn flakes. Melt 1/4 C. more butter and drizzle over top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
