Ingredients

  • One 2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 C. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • Topping
  • 1 1/2 C. corn flakes
  • 1/4 C. additional butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and pour into a 9x13" baking pan. On top, place 1 1/2 C. crushed corn flakes. Melt 1/4 C. more butter and drizzle over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
