Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tbsp. coriander seeds, crushed
- 1 tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloins

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip top bag; remove 1 1/2 tbsp. marinade, and set aside. Prick pork several times with a fork, and place in plastic bag. Seal, turning to coat; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove pork and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat (350-400 degrees) 9 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
