Fresh Cabbage and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 cup radishes sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoons cilantro freshly chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix cabbage, tomatoes and radishes. In another bowl, mix together rest of ingredients and pour over vegetables.
If you are making this repcipe ahead of serving time or want to use it the next day, do not put dressing on the portion you want to save.
Also,when you chop the tomatoes, remove the juicy part with the seeds so the salad will not get mushy.
