Ingredients

  • 4 med. pears
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 sheet puff pastries

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 400

cut pears, toss with lemon juice
melt 1/2 butter in skillet
add pears
cook med/high until golden on edges
drain pears
place sugar in skillet on high until sugar melts, bubbles & turns amber
add remaining butter and pears
toss with spatular
remove from heat
spoon into jumbo muffin cups
top with circle cut from pastry sheet

bake 20-25 min.
cool on wire rack

run spoon around edge

serve pear side up
