Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm slices
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (reserve 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tbsp. crushed Garlic
  • 7 oz sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 360F.
Lightly steam potatoes for 15 minutes, or until just soft, set aside.
Combine cheese, garlic and sour cream in a bowl. Line the base of a baking dish with the steamed potato. Alternate a layer of potatoes with liquid.
Top with reserved cheese and bake for 30–40 minutes or until tender.
