Ingredients
- 1 16oz bottle EVOO
- 6 cloves roasted garlic
- 3 - 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 dried red pepper, chopped small

Preparation
Step 1
Add ingredients to olive oil, and let sit for several days. When flavors have blended, serve atop warm Italian bread or pasta.
