Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup each white sugar and brown sugar
- 3 tsp. maple flavoring
- 2 coarsely shredded zucchini
- 2 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup wheatgerm
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- ½ tap. Baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup sesame seed

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, add oil and sugar, flavoring and continue beating until think and foamy. Stir in zucchini. Combine flour, wheat germ, baking soda, salt and baking powder and nuts. Stir into zucchini gently until just blended. Divide equally in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds evenly on top of each loaf.
Bake at 350deg. 60 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 min. then turn onto wire rack.
