Ingredients
- 2 tab. butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- 10 oz. chopped frozen spinach-thawed and squeezed
- 1 6oz. jar of artichokes drained and chopped
- 1 8oz. pkg cr. cheese cut into cubes
- 1/2 pint s.cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parm
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- few red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter and add onion and saute till golden and add garlic and cook 1 min and stir in spinach, artichokes, cr.cheese,s.cream, cheeses, paprika, pepper, salt, and red pepper-stir well and place in dish and top with extra cheese and bake 350 about 10 min
