  • 2 tab. butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 6 chopped garlic cloves
  • 10 oz. chopped frozen spinach-thawed and squeezed
  • 1 6oz. jar of artichokes drained and chopped
  • 1 8oz. pkg cr. cheese cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pint s.cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup parm
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • few red pepper flakes

Step 1

melt butter and add onion and saute till golden and add garlic and cook 1 min and stir in spinach, artichokes, cr.cheese,s.cream, cheeses, paprika, pepper, salt, and red pepper-stir well and place in dish and top with extra cheese and bake 350 about 10 min
