Oatmeal Banana Smoothie
By HeidiHo5
This is a simple, perfect healthy breakfast! For this smoothie you can add apple, banana or favorite fruit. Add milk or yogurt, the options are many!
Since I want to give this smoothie to my kids, I added Nesquik. If your kids love strawberry flavor you can try that too. Try soaking almonds or dates and mix in smoothie for more healthier. This is a cool, wholesome food that your tummy will love!

Preparation
Step 1
Mix oatmeal, milk, Nesquik, cinnamon in a bowl and refrigerate it over night. At the time of breakfast beat the oat mixture and banana in the blender to a smooth paste. If it is too thick, add more milk.
Note:
•Soaking overnight helps create a smooth and creamier texture. For immediate use, grind the oatmeal first and add all the other ingredients.
•I used Nesquik chocolate flavor, you can use strawberry flavor or anything of your choice. You can use unsweetened coco powder too.
