Acid Reflux Smoothie
This combination of ingredients helps with acid reflux, and tastes good, too!
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice or water
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 5mins
Add all of the ingredients, pineapple, banana, yogurt, ice and juice to a blender and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency.
Pour and enjoy!
