Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- bacon, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
1) Roast potatoes for one hour at 400
2) Once cool, cut lengthwise into thirds, discarding the middle third
3) scoop out the potato of the end thirds
4) brush entire surface with melted butter
5) broil for 8 minutes or until edges turn dark brown
6) sprinkle cheese and bacon on top
7) broil for about 2 to 3 more minutes and server with a dip
