Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 pounds Italian-style sausages, cut into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium re pepper, cut into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces
- 6 large pimiento-stuffed olives

Step 1
Mix pizza sauce, basil and oil; reserve. Cook sausage pieces in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until partially cooked, about 10 minutes; drain. Alternate sausage pieces, zucchini pieces and red and green pepper pieces on each of 6 metal skewers, leaving space between foods. Place olives on tip of each skewer.
Cover and grill kabobs turning and brushing 2 to 3 times with reserved pizza sauce mixture,until sausage is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
