Crab-Stuffed Snow Peas

Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 oz) can crabmeat, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 30 large, fresh snow peas

Preparation
Step 1
Combine crabmeat, mayo, cheese, parsley, lemon juice and garlic powder, mixing well. Chill.
Trim ends from snow peas. Using a sharp knife, carefully slit one side of each pea pod. Spoon crab mixture into a decorating bag fitted with a tip with a large opening. Pipe crab mixture into each snow pea. Cover and chill.
