Corn Nuggets

Slow Cooker Bacon & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. salsa
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (I use 2)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef. Drain. Add taco seasoning, corn and salsa.

Spread in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle cheese. Mix corn bread as directed. Spread on top. Bake @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes or till brown.
