Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1lb. 4 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 slices bread cubed
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter & sugar
Beat in eggs (one at a time)
Stir in pineapple
Fold in bread cubes
Turn into grease 1 1/2 qt. casserole
Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees (uncovered)
