- Celery
- Onion
- Red pepper
- Garlic
- Old Bay
- Cayenne pepper
- black pepper
- Tarragon
- Oregano
- Salt
- Canned diced tomatoes
- Lobster Stock
- Shrimp
- Crawfish

Step 1
Make a roux. The longer you go the darker it will turn. Now add the trinity, celery, yellow onion, and some red peppers. Now, fresh garlic. Let this cook down and then we'll add our spices to this; Old bay, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, tarragon, oregano, a little salt. Now comes canned diced tomatoes, Lobster stock. Let it come to a boil, check the thickness of it, and then we're gonna add the shrimp and crawfish and the juice that comes along with it. Cook shrimp.
