Ingredients
- 3 slices precooked bacon
- 1 package (24 ounces) cooked mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Step 1
Heat bacon according to package directions for "crispier" bacon. (If no directions are given, add 5 to 10 seconds to the cooking time given.) Heat mashed potatoes according to package directions.
Cut bacon into small bits.
Spread heated potatoes onto a microwave-safe serving dish and fluff with a fork. Top with the cheese and crisped bacon bits. Microwave for 1 minute on high.
Before serving, top with dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
