Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
- 6-8 Cups sliced zucchini (about 3 medium, 6 small)
- 2 TB. butter, room temperature
- 2 TB. flour
- 1-2 tsp. 4/S SEASONED SALT, FORWARD!, ENGLISH PRIME RIB RUB or MURAL OF FLAVOR
- 1 egg
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER, to taste
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Boil or steam the zucchini slices until just tender, about 2 minutes. Drain well. Add the butter, stir, sprinkle on the flour and stir again. Add the SEASONING, egg, PEPPER and 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Pour into a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and extra 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
