Ingredients
- 1 large clove garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp minced, fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp minced scallions
- 2 tbsp minced pitted kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp minced sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 12 slices firm white bread, lightly toasted, with crusts removed

Preparation
Step 1
Place chopped garlic on clean work surface and sprinkle with salt. With back of fork, mash into a paste. In small bowl combine garlic paste, butter,
parsley, scallions, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Heat broiler. Evenly divide garlic-and-butter mixture among bread slices and spread. Place prepared
bread slices on broiler pan and broil until bubbling, about 1 min. Cut bread slice's into thirds; serve hot.
