Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 cup dairy sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Shred or finely chop with cabbage and put it into a large bowl. Peel and finely chop the onions and add them to the cabbage. Peel the garlic and mince it or put it through a garlic press and add to the cabbage mixture.
In a jar with a screw on top combine the mustard, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Shake well. Put the sour cream in a small bowl and stir in the oil mixture.
Add the dressing to the cabbage mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serves 8-10.
