Yummy recipe of my dads. Takes a long time to make, but worth it!!! Very patriotic if made in a glass or clear bowl/pan. Layered, red white and blue

- 1 cup cold water
- MIDDLE LAYER
- 1/2 cup cold water

- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
